1. Payment Methods:
   1. There are multiple options when it comes time to pay for your product. LightDarkness has the following options available:

2. Payment Schedule: Full payment must be received to obtain the end product, with no down payment required. For custom plans involving milestones, strict adherence to the agreed-upon schedule is mandatory.
3. Changes to Custom Plans: Once a milestone has been established, no changes can be requested or implemented, ensuring clarity and agreement throughout the development process.

Client Relationship and Purchases

1. Mutual Respect: Respect between LightDarkness and the Client is fundamental to the relationship. Disrespect or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
2. Refusal of Service: LightDarkness retains the unreserved right to refuse service to any Client or to close a ticket at any time, without explanation or notification.
3. Reputation Management: The Client may not leave a negative review or rating for LightDarkness based on early closure without payment.
