General Refund Guidelines

Refunds are available as the sole discretion of LightDarkness, subject to a maximum refund of 50% of the total product price. All refund requests must be accompanied by a legitimate reason.

Exceptions and Specific Cases

While the general rule is a maximum of 50% refund, certain exceptions and conditions apply:

  1. Delays: If LightDarkness exceeds the agreed-upon deadline for the delivery of the product, a 5% refund may be applied for each day of delay, up to a maximum of 50%.
  2. Missing Functions: If the Discord bot created by Light's Creations is found lacking a specific function that LightDarkness either cannot or refuses to implement, a refund of 10% per missing function may be provided, up to a maximum of 50%. However, if the client determines that the Discord bot is unacceptable without the missing function, a full 100% refund will be granted, and no product will be delivered. This approach ensures alignment with client expectations and the capabilities of LightDarkness

Conduct and Communication

Maintaining a respectful and professional demeanor is fundamental when requesting a refund from Light's Creations. Should a client exhibit any rude or disrespectful behavior, LightDarkness retains the discretion to refuse any refund outright. However, if the product is found to be more than 90% incomplete, LightDarkness will provide a full 100% refund. This policy underscores our commitment to fairness and integrity in our business dealings.
